Integrating with Lever: Setup and guide
Enabling the Lever integration
The Lever integration with Hireflix allows you to launch one-way video interviews from within Lever. A link to the candidate responses will be automatically added to the candidate's profile.
To enable the integration, log in to your Hireflix account and navigate to Account > Connected Apps > Lever and click on the toggle button. Then, carefully follow the steps displayed. For a step-by-step guide, watch the video above.
Managing and syncing positions
Once the Lever/Hireflix integration is enabled, you will be able to connect Lever Job Postings to whichever Hireflix Position you want those candidates to take.
Once connected, you can invite candidates to Hireflix one-way video interviews by changing their Lever candidate status to "Hireflix" or whichever status you have selected as your "trigger status". Everything is explained in the video above.

Step 2: Connect Lever Job Postings with Hireflix Positions
Go to Account > Connected Apps and under the Lever integration, click on the Settings wheel icon.
To connect a Lever Job Posting with a Hireflix Position, select each one from the dropdown menus below the table and click Connect.
The table will then show which positions are now connected. Once you're finished, click Save.
Step 3: Invite Lever candidates to Hireflix one-way video interviews
The last step is inviting a Lever candidate to a Hireflix Video Interview. In Lever, select the candidates for the role you connected and change their status to whichever trigger status you have selected. Below we pick the "Hireflix" one:
As soon as you move the candidate to the trigger status, you will be notified that the person has been successfully invited to the interview:
Whenever a candidate completes an interview, a link to their interview will be added to their profile. Additionally, you can decide whether they should move to another stage automatically, and whether they should be tagged as "Hireflix Done".
Important note for Lever users using Microsoft SSO
Some Lever customers using Microsoft as their email/calendar provider may have internal IT approval settings that prevent the Lever/Hireflix integration from being enabled normally.
In these cases, the authorization flow may send you into an approval loop. For example, you try to enable the integration, send an approval request to IT, IT approves it, and then you are sent back to the same approval screen again.
If this happens, please contact us at support@hireflix.com. We can help put you in touch with the right person in Lever to complete the setup using a temporary direct authorization user that bypasses this Microsoft approval loop and allows the Lever integration to be enabled.
