Thinking Time
By default, candidates will be recorded 3 seconds after they are finished watching your question
If you believe that for your Job Position it is better to provide them with unlimited time to think, it will be them who will decide when to start answering
There are also halfway possibilities: give candidates the amount of seconds you believe are adequate. With this, you can control the time they have taken to think, without having to watch that part of the video. Choose between 1 minute and 30 or 15 seconds.
