Integrating Hireflix with ZohoRecruit
The Hireflix integration with ZohoRecruit will allow you to trigger one-way video interviews automatically in your ZohoRecruit jobs. As soon as you move a candidate (or many) to a stage with a Hireflix trigger assigned, they will be automatically invited to a one-way video interview.
Enabling the ZohoRecruit and Hireflix integration
To enable the Integration takes 1 minute. It is all shown on the video above.
- Log in to your Hireflix account and navigate to Account > Integrations > ZohoRecruit and activate the toggle button. Then, carefully follow the steps displayed.
- Watch the video that will be displayed in the integration setup screen. Once done, click on "I have watched the video".
- Copy the Webhook URL displayed in the last step. You will need it for later

Managing and syncing positions
Once the ZohoRecruit/Hireflix integration is enabled, you will then be able to connect ZohoRecruit Job Openings to whichever Hireflix interview you want. Remember that to do that, you have to create the interview in Hireflix first.
Step 1: Associate Hireflix Interviews to your ZohoRecruit Job Openings
- Go to a Hireflix > My account > ZohoRecruit and click on the "cog" icon.
- Associate ZohoRecruit Job Openings to Hireflix Interviews. Each time a candidate is moved to a certain stage (we will configure this later in ZohoRecruit), it will be invited to the associated Hireflix Interview.
Step 2: Inviting Candidates to the interview
As shown in the video above, in order to send Hireflix Interviews to candidates in ZohoRecruit, you need to setup a workflow automation and a webhook. This is a one time task, you don't need to do this again, unless you delete the integration.
- Go to ZohoRecruit > Setup (the little cog icon on the top right hand corner of the screen) > Automation > Workflow Rules
- Create a new Workflow Rule on the Applications module:
- Choose which stage will be used to trigger Hireflix Interviews. When the candidate is moved to the selected stage, a Hireflix Interview will be sent:
- Create a Webhook action:
- Paste the Webhook URL that you got on Hireflix (You get it in the Hireflix <> ZohoRecruit configuration section in the integrations section in Hireflix) and paste it on the ZohoRecruit webhook. Set the method to POST and configure the URL parameters exactly as displayed below. Once done, don't forget to click on Save and associate
You are all set! In the next step, we will be triggering Hireflix Interviews
Triggering Hireflix Interviews from ZohoRecruit
- Go to ZohoRecruit > Job Openings. Choose the Job Opening you're interested in, and then go to the applications tab of the Job Opening (left hand side of the screen):
- Move one or more candidates to the trigger stage (configured above):
- Done! A Hireflix Interview will be sent to each candidate. A tag Hireflix Interview Sent will be added to the candidate in ZohoRecruit once the interview has been sent. This is usually instant.
Step 3: Reviewing the responses once a candidate finishes the interview
Once a candidate finishes the interview, a link will automatically be copied to the candidate profile as below. You will be able to click the link and watch the interview straight away, without the need to login into Hireflix. That link expires in 75 days by default. The link expiration is configurable in the advanced settings modal of the Hireflix <> ZohoRecruit integration section in Hireflix.
